RETURNED GOODS POLICY: Goods may be returned for credit within 30 days of receipt provided that prior authorization has been obtained. Contact our Customer Service Department for a Returned Goods Authorization Number. Samples may be required along with reason for requested return. Goods must be returned prepaid freight and could be subject to a $100.00 minimum or 10% restocking charge on orders of $1000 or more and $10.00 minimum or 10% restocking charge on orders less than $1000.
Any defective item will be replaced provided we receive a written claim and samples within 10 days from receipt of goods. Stafast will not allow or pay for any claims resulting from the use of such goods. Liability is limited to the cost of the goods.
Stafast is not responsible for cost of labor required to replace defective parts unless such work is authorized by the written consent or approval of Stafast. We will not accept any return of parts that have received secondary operations (such as bosses, holes, plating, etc.) after shipping from our facilities.
