Return Policy

RETURNED GOODS POLICYGoods may be returned for credit against future purchases within 30 days of receipt, if prior authorization has been obtained. Contact our Customer Service Department for a Returned Goods Authorization Number. We will not accept any return of parts that are custom items or parts that have received secondary operations (such as bosses, holes, plating, etc.).  If requesting a return on parts that are not defective or due to a Stafast shipping error, the return is subject to approval.  Once authorization is given, goods must be returned prepaid freight and could be subject to a 10% restocking charge on orders of $1000 or more and $10.00 minimum or 10% restocking charge on orders less than $1000. 

Any defective item will be credited provided we receive a written claim and samples within 10 days from receipt of goods. Stafast will not allow or pay for any claims resulting from the use of such goods. Liability is limited to the cost of the goods purchased from Stafast.
